Xestia Gelforn Help: Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Login link at the top of the page and then click on the Forgotten Password link on the page. Enter the email address you have used to reset your password and click on Send Email. This will then send an email with instructions for you to follow to reset your password.

Note: For privacy reasons, the system will not confirm if the account exists or not but will display a generic message to say that an email to reset the forgotten password has been sent.
