Starts a table.
Parameters:
$kiriwrite_presmodule->starttable(cssstyle, options);
Usage:
$kiriwrite_presmodule->starttable(“tablestyle”);
$kiriwrite_presmodule->starttable(“tablestyle”, { CellSpacing => 1, CellPadding => 1});
cssstyle
Specifies the cascading style sheet (CSS) style to use.
options
Specifies the following options as a hash in any order.
